Generally, liked this great and comfy accommodation with polite staff at reception desk. The room was cheap and spotless, had private bathroom. The lighting was good. The hotel was located in a marvellous place, close to a metro station. The breakfast was large, the check in was quick. Besides, there was parking nearby.

The stay here was fine in town for work. Full cooked breakfast spread with fresh fruits, 5 mini pastries and yogurts, the staff was willing to help. Got the same classic double room booked online, loved that. The location in a busy area was perfect and particularly good.
We needed to have view.

Everything about this hotel is top end. The service is outstanding with all the staff great professionals and very warm and welcoming. The room, bed and bathroom were all great. Very convenient location with the subway right outside the hotel and Times Square and major theaters just around the corner. Highly recommended.

The location was fantastic. Staff were accommodating and friendly, but the room cleanliness left much to be desired, with previous guest items found. Upgrading to a higher floor helped with noise, but overall the experience was mixed.

The hotel staff were efficient and professional during a very difficult time i.e. Hurricane Sandy. The hotel was very clean and comfortable and the breakfast buffet was impressive. I would definitely stay there in the future.

Super bad stuff! Hotel reservations were overbooked and the receptionist informed me that with confident. Instead of upgrading my room type, I was given a standard room with a slight price change. The most annoying thing is the receptionist attitude that was extremely bad & impolite.. Will never get back there for sure
